Abstract
Meta computing proposes a modular, generational computing fabric built from
standardized cube assemblies. This paper defines the Meta Cube architecture, its
lifecycle and governance model, and a verification pipeline that ties every claim to
simulations and falsifiability checks. The hardware construct scales by constant 4x4
tiling from Single to Multi to Meta cubes and extends across multi-site meshes for
resilience, while a meta layer coordinates policy, telemetry, and automation. This
document intentionally excludes silicon layouts, chip floorplans, and physical bus
signaling details; those topics require dedicated research once feasibility is established.
Because no prototypes exist yet, performance, cost, and sustainability figures are
projections derived from the Python simulation suite in Annex B and are presented
with explicit assumptions and variance. A green ladder routes older generations into
education and civic deployments before recycling. A weighted verification prompt in
Annex C defines the maturity targets (minimum 9/10 across dimensions) that gate
future releases and guide peer review.
