We present a novel analytical framework—Semantic Pose-Based Cognitive Encoding Hypothesis(SPBCEH)— that classifies EVA-transcribed glyph clus- ters not as phonetic or lexical units, but asfunctional role markerswithin a modu- lar, positionally-structured system. Using positional frequency analysis across all ma- jor manuscript sections (Herbal, Astronomi- cal, Balneological, Pharmaceutical, Recipe), we identify seven provisional functional cate- gories:Initiator,Closure,Link/Transi- tion,Action/Pulse,Mode/State,Tem- poral, andReference. This taxonomy is later consolidated to six roles under empiri- cal model selection (reported in the compan- ion paper). We find evidence that (1) clus- ter role assignments exhibit statistically sig- nificant positional consistency among the 47 highest-frequency clusters analyzed (cover- ing 25.8% of corpus tokens), (2) section- specific signal profiles are consistent with visual-diagrammatic context, and (3) role in- version produces significantly weaker tran- sition structure in a controlled falsification test.
