About

Connecting AI strategy with secure infrastructure, agentic systems, governance and evidence-backed implementation.

Background

The current practice (AI strategy, agentic delivery, governance discipline with an audit trail) sits on twenty years of enterprise IT. It did not start as AI work. It started with distributed systems and network infrastructure, moved through cybersecurity architecture and incident response, and only arrived at AI strategy once those lower layers were second nature.

Each layer turned out to be load-bearing for the next. Distributed-systems thinking shapes how agent pipelines are reasoned about: idempotency, partial failure, backpressure, observable boundaries. Cybersecurity discipline shapes governance: threat modelling, least privilege, paper trails, separation of duties. Infrastructure architecture shapes what "ship it" means: release gates, rollback paths, named owners, the unglamorous scaffolding that lets a production system stay trustworthy under audit.
