Roble Mumin — Agentic AI Consulting, Architecture, Evaluation & Reliability

Agentic AI Consulting, Architecture, Evaluation & Reliability

Move from an impressive agent demo to a system your organization can inspect, control and recover

Roble Mumin advises on the architecture and qualification of agentic AI systems: how agents use tools, retain state, cross authorization boundaries, recover from failures and demonstrate acceptable behavior before production use.

From experimental agents to controlled systems

The consulting scope concentrates on the interfaces where agentic systems usually fail: tools, state, identity, evidence, recovery and operational ownership.

Orchestration and tool integration

Define agent responsibilities, tool contracts, state transitions and failure paths so a model cannot quietly become the authority for permissions or business rules.

Evaluation and quality gates

Build matched task sets, positive and negative controls, factual-integrity checks and release thresholds around the final visitor or operator outcome.

Identity, approval and security boundaries

Separate user identity, agent identity and service authority; keep sensitive actions behind explicit authorization and preserve evidence for later review.

Observability and recovery

Plan correlated logs, cost and latency telemetry, bounded retries, partial-result handling, rollback and operator-visible failure states.

Qualification sequence

The exact sequence depends on the system, but production qualification should make the important boundaries observable before deployment.

Possible engagement outputs

These are possible outputs chosen by scope, not a claim that every engagement produces all of them.

What production readiness means here

A production agent is not defined by how fluent its best run sounds. It is defined by the work it may perform, the evidence it must preserve and the way the surrounding system contains incomplete or unsafe output.

Model choice matters, but it does not replace application-controlled permissions, proposition scope, deterministic controls, operational telemetry and a tested recovery path.

Independent advice across Germany and DACH

Roble Mumin is based in Cologne and can scope agentic-AI architecture and qualification work remotely across Germany and DACH. On-site work is agreed when needed; no additional office is claimed.

Questions about agentic AI consulting

What separates an AI agent experiment from a production system?

A production system has explicit permissions, tool contracts, state handling, human approvals, evaluation thresholds, observability, recovery and accountable operators. A successful demonstration does not establish those properties.

How should models and providers be selected?

Use matched tasks that reflect the intended workload, measure quality and containment separately, and include latency, privacy, contractual, operational and switching constraints. A public leaderboard is not a substitute for this comparison.

What should an agent evaluation test?

It should test correct outcomes, refusals, authorization boundaries, factual scope, tool errors, interrupted streams, state continuity, recovery and the final answer or action seen by the user.

Can an agentic AI engagement be performed remotely?

Yes. Architecture, evidence review and qualification work can be scoped remotely across Germany and DACH. Access to systems and any on-site work are agreed separately.

Public first-party evidence and its limits

The examples below show implemented or published work relevant to the consulting method. Their maturity labels are part of the claim.

IICP — implemented open protocol family

IICP publishes specifications, conformance material and client/provider implementations for intent-based agent discovery and routing.

This is public implementation evidence. It does not establish universal interoperability, standards-body approval or broad external adoption.

Calixa — production-deployed first-party system

Calixa uses evidence admission, application-owned authority, guarded release transactions and public conversational smoke tests on this website.

The release receipts show what this site tested. They are not independent certification and do not prove the method for every agentic system.

Agentic engineering methods — published and internally tested

Public repository instructions, architecture decisions, gate catalogues and release tooling document a verification-first engineering process.

Repository artifacts support inspection of the method. Source code alone does not prove that every deployment executed every gate.

Bring the workflow, not only the model name

A first review can map the agent’s intended work, the authority it needs, the failure states that matter and the smallest credible qualification set.
